The negatives are the 2 smaller (3/4 sized) bedrooms and the two sets of stairs, but my previous tenants loved it (they tried to buy it for 365k). They usually only went up or down one set of stairs at a time from to orfrom the 2nd, "main living level"; the stairs are no big deal. Everybody loves the location and all the ammenities. For the right buyer, I am willing to lease it for $2200/mo. with an option to buy it in 1 year, but the price will increases to 375k, which is still a great deal (as nost are in the 380-420 range).
